Our team receives an average of 12 hours of training per year, focused on sustainability, safety, and professional development.
Female Leadership
We encourage the active participation of women in strategic positions, achieving 100% female leadership in general and commercial management.

Commitment to the Environment

Our purpose goes beyond offering high-quality products. We ensure that our processes are environmentally responsible, minimizing environmental impact and optimizing the use of resources.
Renewable Energy
We are working on the installation of solar panels in our facilities to reduce energy consumption by up to 40%.
Efficient Water Use
We implement technologies and best practices to reduce water consumption in washing and production processes.
Circular Economy
We maximize the use of meat by-products to generate value, minimizing waste and promoting the reuse of materials.

Social and Community Impact

Our commitment to the community is ongoing. We not only seek to generate employment, but also to contribute to social well-being through concrete actions with direct impact.

Food Donations

During 2024, we donated 3,200 kg of meat products to vulnerable communities, promoting food security.
